Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 7 business days. Shipping time refers to the time between your order being shipped, and you receiving it.

After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will endeavor to update you with a Track-and-Trace code where possible, with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.

Please know that a Track-and-Trace code cannot be guaranteed in every instance. As a drop-shipping business, we use several different suppliers who ship orders directly to the customer. Some suppliers do not offer Track-and-Trace codes, but we will keep you updated on your order when we can.

While we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, please allow up to 30 days for your order to be delivered. If your order has not been received after 30 days, please reach out to us at info@creaturekomforts.com

Some suppliers can only ship to specific countries. If, for this reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, it will be cancelled and refunded. You will be informed by email if this happens.

If you do not receive everything from your order within 90 days of shipping, please get in touch to see if we can offer a refund.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not guarantee that the address can be updated.

3. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.

If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.

If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
